Amaya - London, UK

Amaya is officially my favorite Indian restaurant, after Cardamom Lounge of Huvafen Fushi Resort in Maldives.  The award winning Michelin starred stylish grill restaurant situated in the fancy Belgravia area, was created by the owners of Veeraswamy (oldest surviving Indian restaurant in London) and the popular Chutney Mary.  I'm not a tandoori loving person, but after trying their dishes I crave the spiced chicken pieces.  And the atmosphere is really vibrant.  Booking is highly advisable.
Address: Halkin Arcade, Motcomb Street, Knightsbridge.
Opening times: Lunch Mon-Sat 12:30 -2:15pm
                                    Sun 12:45- 2:45p,
                         Dinner Mon- Sat 6:30 -11:30pm
                                    Sun 6:30 -10:30pm
